Hear from trade advisors with the U.S. Commercial Service on what this means for your company, and how to tap into the resources of the state and the largest federal government agency charged with trade promotion and preparing as many businesses as we can, so they don’t fail to meet the standards in the near future. Our presenters, Alexa Byers, Business Oregon’s Trade Specialist for Transportation & Defense and Kellie Holloway Jarman, Oregon’s U.S. Commercial Service to support this effort, hear how Business Oregon’s Export Promotion Program is helping businesses pay for cybersecurity work that can help them attain additional international business long-term. Up to $30,000/year in grant funding (matching funds) is available to small-sized Oregon exporters that want to pursue export market development. For cybersecurity projects, EAR/ITAR training, CMMC, and EU Privacy work these funds can help by providing reimbursement for up to 75% of the eligible cost.
Dave Miller – FNI, will lead us in this critical market conversation on how meeting cybersecurity compliance standards, specifically NIST and CMMC, will be your competitive advantage in a shrinking pool of manufacturers.
