They will manage the projects and provide status reports and updates on a regular basis. We expect the candidate to grow and successfully manage a small staff of supply chain consultants and engineers within two years. This position will require cultivation of relationships with existing clients, and building new relationships through speaking engagements, networking and professional organization activities.

Experience with inventory management strategies and supply chain optimization is a plus. Distribution and logistics experience with warehouse design, material handling equipment specifications, and warehouse management systems is valuable. Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills are very important, given that there are status reports, project reports and presentations for every project. Occasional travel is required but most of our work is in the Puget Sound area. Strong systems aptitude and knowledge and experience with ERP systems is required. Candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of our clients and their available hours, and an entrepreneurial spirit is necessary to grow this business.
